First year
The student should complete their Preparatory year in the Health track.
Second year
During the second year students will complete basic science courses that will prepare the foundation for further specialized study in the following years. Courses include: physics, computers, anatomy and radiation safety courses. Courses are theoretical and are supported by laboratory demonstrations.
Third year
Over the course of the third year, students will acquire the necessary skills and techniques of applied medical imaging that will enable them to perform basic radiographic projections and ultrasound examinations
Fourth year
The fourth year will immerse the students in scientific research. They will develop a clear understanding of the integrated processes involved in designing and conducting health research. The students will learn how to generate, formulate and justify their research ideas, and will conduct a full-scale research project. The students will acquire the necessary skills for clinical situations that will allow them to fully understand Computed Tomography (CT) /MRI instrumentation and how to use these technologies in medical examinations. Each student will be able to perform clinical procedures, which will prepare him or her for their clinical internship the following year.
Fifth year (Internship year)
The students who successfully have completed their fourth year will spend their Internship year doing rotations in various departments of a hospital, such as: Diagnostic Radiography, Diagnostic Sonography, and Diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT). They will periodically be evaluated after each phase until the end of the internship year, when they will receive their certificates.
