- Building partnerships with international pioneer in preparing and qualifying university leaders.
- Evaluating partnerships and developing improvement plans.
- Studying academic partnerships provided by colleges or referred by other parties inside or outside the university with regard to leadership development.

Programs and Training Unit
Tasks
- Supervising the designing and implementation of necessary training programs to develop university leaders and capabilities.
- Scheduling the center's short and medium-term and short-term programs for the development of university leaders.
- Supervising the provision of long and medium-term programs to discover and prepare promising university leaders.
- Establishing a mechanism for developing the leadership skills of the university’s faculty members and the like.
- Preparing and qualifying a training team of university faculty members to provide training courses for leadership and capacity development inside and outside the university.
Leaders Support Unit
Tasks
- Preparing and applying standardized measurement tools to detect potential leaders and measure the suitability of candidates for leadership positions.
- Qualifying candidates for a leadership position by providing them with the foundations of knowledge and practical skills necessary for leadership work at the university.
- Suggesting criteria for selecting/nominating leaders according to the field or nature of the position and submitting them to the competent authority.
- Providing advisory services to current and promising leaders in the field of leadership in cooperation with bodies inside and outside the university.
- Building data bases and CVs for distinguished leaders at the university to form a network of experts in the field of leadership to exchange consultations and experiences among leaders.
- Studying leadership issues and problems and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Enriching university leaders and providing them with modern and effective skills and information in the field of leadership.
IT Unit
Tasks
- Supervising developing and updating of the center's website using international benchmarking.
- Coordinating with the Deanship of Communications and Information Technology regarding substantive and technical support.
- Submitting a recommendation to request software, hardware, and accessories necessary to activate the role of the center on the university's website.
- Coordinating with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Learning regarding the center's scientific content.
- Supervising the substantive and technical issues of the training programs and center's meetings.
- Developing improvement plans in regards with information technology.
