1. Temporary Receipt Notice for Items Under Inspection (Form No. 1).
This form is used through the automated system to prove the arrival and temporary receipt of items, until they are inspected and analyzed in the laboratory, and no restrictions are made under this form.
2. Receipt note (Form No. 2).
This form is used through the automated system by the receiving yard custodian to prove receipt of items after they have been inspected, accepted, and finally delivered to the warehouse keeper or custodian.
3. Receiving report (Form 3).
This form is used through the automated system by the receiving member to prove receipt of items that are necessary for direct use as daily living materials, fuel, or for direct installation at work sites for their designated purposes.
4. Examination and inspection report (Form 6).
This form is used to examine and inspect items to determine their suitability in terms of acceptance if they conform to the specifications or not if they are decided to be unsuitable by the inspection committee within a period not exceeding five days from the date of notification to the committee by the relevant department through the automated system.
