We aim to benefit from the professional specialized expertise of our elite faculty members by providing the best national and international practices in the fields of: Development of university education, skills development, management, and quality, which contributes to building sectors of expertise in institutions, drives the development of institutions, and achieves the interests of beneficiaries.  SAMQ comes as a window to transfer the experience of developing university education to the beneficiaries from outside the university.
