It is one of the arms of the Centre for Quality of Assessment and Examinations at IAU Vice-Presidency for Academic Affairs which aims to benefit from the faculty members expertise by providing services and consultations in this field per the international best practices.

To support developing of student assessment systems and practices at the national and regional level.
Mission
To enable the governmental and private institutions raise the quality of student assessment practices per the requirements of labor market and the international best practices.
Objectives
1. To provide services and consultations in the field of student assessment through:
- Developing student assessment methods and tools.
- Setting student assessment policies and procedures.
- Developing relevant handbooks.
2. To design and provide related training programs and workshops.
3. To contribute to the development of assessment systems through participating in the external review of the quality of student assessment practices.
