General Instructions

1. Arrival will be at approximately 5 pm.
2. Entrance from the female graduates' gate.
3. Please bring your graduation gown and sash.
4. It is compulsory to wear a black, long skirt with a white shirt.
5. Usage of smart phones and cameras are not allowed.
6. Please DO NOT bring valuables with you because the University will not be responsible for the loss or theft of such items.
7. Inform your mothers that they should enter from the parents' gate and that usage of smart phones and cameras are not allowed.
8. Children are not allowed to enter.
9. No one can enter without an invitation card.
10. Please make sure that you have a snack before you arrive.
11. If your mother requires exceptional care, please inform your College coordinator to get a pass for one helper to enter with her.
12. It is strictly prohibited to bring foods and drinks.

Student Procession Instructions

1. Please wear your graduation gown and sash (in the set color).
2. Keep a considered distance from the graduate in front of you.
3. When arriving at the specified chairs, please do not sit down until all the students of your college have arrived.
4. Please keep calm and quiet and cooperate to help make the ceremony a success.
5. Leave all your belongings under your chair.
