Course Description
This course introduces definition of negotiation and conflicts and crises. It introduces students to the theories of organizational
and personal conflicts and solutions and applications. It summarizes of the most important tracking methods of union and
negotiation. Further, it displays the dimensions of these conflicts on a personal level, historical and political.
Course Aims
- Acquiring the methods of dealing with the crisis and the reasons they arise.
- Introducing students to the management negotiating strategies, and crisis management.
- Acquiring the stages of negotiation and the role of good offices, mediation and bargaining.
- Raising awareness among students on how to manage crisis and the ability to negotiate.
