The Administration of the Vice President's Office for Administrative and Financial Affairs is considered one of the administrations affiliated with the Office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, which is among the main and vital offices of the Vice Presidents of the university and is one of the cornerstones of the university’s organizational structure. Moreover, the administration of the Vice President’s Office for Administrative and Financial Affairs continues its journey of development at a steady pace to achieve the university’s vision of creating an environment that stimulates creativity and production and achieves its goals of making development a prerequisite for success and provides high quality administrative services through coordination between the administration of the Vice President’s Office for Administrative and Financial Affairs and its affiliated administrative units to ensure integration between them and to utilize the possible opportunities available to them. Furthermore, the administration of the Vice President’s Office for Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for supervising the preparation of plans and programs for administrative units, following up on their implementation and working continuously on development and digital transformation which became one of the necessities, as it helps in the rapid improvement of operational competencies and services provided to beneficiaries and in following up on all administrative, technical and development aspects in the management of the office while constantly working on updating the administrative work methods in the office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs and improving work procedures to ensure the completion of all administrative and financial transactions in record time, in order to keep pace with the national trends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, foremost of which is the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
On that basis, the keenness of the Office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, which in turn facilitates and activates all services, supports the utilization of distinctive and innovative electronic systems represented by its nineteen departments and deanships that are considered the backbone of the university. In addition, it works efficiently with all its staff in order to overcome difficulties, enabling colleges, deanships, and administrations to acquire the most benefit from the services according to the regulations and authorities granted to them to meet the needs of all sectors of the university.
