Vice Deanship of Quality is mainly concerned collecting data for Key Performance Indicators [KPI], measuring stakeholders’ opinion in the form of surveys, benchmarks, metrics, rubrics and other statistics from different sources. The analysed results, trends and time-series of the data collected (i.e. patterns of evidence) will be widely distributed to various stakeholders of the university/college for developing correction action plan(s). The vice deanship consists of three units viz. (i) Quality Skills Enhancement Unit (ii) Quality Electronic Applications Unit, (iii) Procedures and Policies Unit, and (iv) Quality Research and Studies Unit.
