- Data should be authentic and accurate in sorting the participants and their volunteering hours.
- Authentic data will be acknowledged by fulfilling the quality, credential, international and local classification requirement.

Please download the volunteer hours documentation form for volunteers and attach it to the documentation requirements after filling it out and approving it from the authorized commissioner.
