Course Description
Student will develop and implement a nutrition based research project with faculty supervision. They will prepare a research proposal, conduct research and report results. At the end of the year students will defend their research and present a poster. In addition to the research project students will practice conducting a scientific debate on controversies in nutrition and dietetics.
