Course Description
The course is concerned about the use of evidence-based approach to establish the efficacy and safety of self-care options for particular disorders and pharmacist’s roles in self-medication, studies on health products used by the self–medicating public (including material on the symptoms for which patients seek self-treatment, evaluation and selection of products used to treat them), aspects of patient counseling on the effective and safe use of products and various legal considerations relating to this class of drugs.
