Objective
Research Methodology and Design is a Course which prepares students for designing and carrying small-scale research projects in the area of language studies, Linguistics and Literature. It deals with methodological problem in humanities ranging from empiricism to Ethnomethodology and hermeneutics. In addition, it covers experimental design, sampling and data collection in various types of corpora. The course also covers research techniques and styles such as the APA and MLA style.
