The course introduces the area of project management to students. This course aims to build skills in students to manage challenging BA projects. It covers essentials of project management including project classification, social complexity in projects, project manager’s roles and responsibilities during project life cycle. It also covers topics including conflict management, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and monitoring & control.
