Course Description
This course offers an introduction into the concept of values, morality, as well as ethical decision making and corporate social responsibility in all areas of business. We consider individual and organizational business actions and decisions in the light of moral principles and values. We address the multi-level (individual, team, organizational level) and multicultural context of ethical behaviour and social responsibility.
