Course Description
This course encapsulates managerial accounting concepts and their use in business decisions, performance evaluation and planning and control. It examines the development and analysis of cost information for management use in decision-making and income determination.

- Explain conceptual framework(s) of management accounting
- Distinguish and evaluate various costing approaches
- Determine various cost elements in relation to the cost function
- Demonstrate accounting techniques used in planning, directing, controlling, and decision-making activities
