Time to Register for UoD’s Bridging Program!

The College of Applied Medical Sciences would like to announce the beginning of the registration event for students willing to enroll in the Bridging program: Nursing (male and female), Clinical Laboratory Sciences (male), or Radiological Sciences (male) starting from Monday, 17 Oct. 2016, till the end of Saturday, 22 Oct. 2016. The following conditions must be met:

1. To be a fulltime student for the duration of the program.
2. To have had a diploma in one of the aforementioned fields from an officially accredited institution.
3. For applicants with a diploma from outside the Kingdom, an equivalent certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education must be provided.
4. Enrollment in the Bridging program must be an extension to student’s specialization in his/her diploma degree (ie. Same specialty).
5. A minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 5, 2.5 out of 4, or its equivalent.
6. To pass a written exam and an interview.
7. To have a valid professional classification for health practitioners from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
8. Have received the diploma within the last 10 years.
9. To have passed an English proficiency exam with a minimum score of:

Required documents

1. Copy of the Saudi national ID.
2. Copy of the graduation certificate and transcript (candidate must be able to provide the original for authentication during the interview).
3. Copy of the internship certificate (candidate must be able to provide the original for authentication during the interview).
4. Copy of an English proficiency exam results.
5. Copy of the certificate of professional classification for health practitioners from (SCFHS).
6. Letter of approval from the employer.
