The Vice President of Administrative Development under the supervision of the Vice President for Studies, Development and Community Service launched its Jadarat training program, targeting department heads, managers and supervisors and led by Dr. Osama Al Mulla. HE, Dr. Abdullah M. Al Rubaish, President of the University and Dr. Abdullah Alkadi, the Vice President for Studies, Development and Community Service, inaugurated the program. Twenty-five participants attended this program from throughout the University of Dammam.
Jadarat is a complete training program that has been created to specifically develop the skills and competencies of mid-level administrative staff, who are the backbone of any organization and play a vital role in the efficiency of an organization.
The Program consists of four courses that last for ten days. The courses are as follows:
1. Personal Planning
2. Communication Skills in the Work Environment
3. Effectively Dealing with Different Personality Types of Co-workers
4. Team Building
