Under the Patronage of HRH Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Governor of the Eastern Province, the University of Dammam represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development held its Second Harvest for the Community Annual Forum lead by the President of the University Dr. Abdullah Al Rubaish. The forum was attended by vice presidents, deans, faculty and administration members, and external partners of Harvest from the public, private, and charity sectors. The forum was held on Thursday April 14, 2016. The winners of the Prince of the Eastern Province Award for the Harvest Sanabl Projects for 1437 H are as follows:
- Sunbula Developmental Program the winner of the Harvest Sanabl for Community Service award of 100,000 SAR for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H / Early Diagnosis of Breast Cancer / The College of Medicine.
- Sunbula Developmental Program the winner of the Harvest Sanabl for Community Service award of 100,000 SAR for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H / National Dafeh Program / The Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development.
- Sunbula Developmental Program the winner of the Harvest Sanabl for Community Service award of 100,000 SAR for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H / Linkage Architecture Project – Sustainable Homes / The College of Architecture and Planning.
- Sunbula Developmental Program the winner of the Harvest Sanabl for Community Service award of 100,000 SAR for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H / Tarweah Project / The Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development.
- Sunbula Developmental Program the winner of the Harvest Sanabl for Community Service award of 100,000 SAR for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H / Inmate Distance Learning Project / The Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Learning.
Also the candidates who achieved the highest record for the University’s Harvest to the Community for the Academic Year of 1436 – 1437 H were honored:
- The highest record for Social Responsibility hours for Faculty Members went to Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al Muraih.
- The highest record for Social Responsibility hours for Administration Members went to Mariam Saleh Al Noaimi.
- The highest record for Social Responsibility hours for students went to Rana Fayez Al Muslim.
- The highest College enthusiastic account went to the College of Education in Jubail.
