In accordance with the new identity of the University the messages which were sent throughout social media networks for the Mystery behind the Number Seven have gained much praise throughout the faculty, staff and student members of the University whom attended the event in order to unravel The Mystery behind the Number Seven.
The event was organized by the Public Relations Office in the Deanship of Female University Studies on Tuesday March 8, 2016. It aimed at reinforcing and strengthening idea of the seven values of the University throughout its halls.
At the beginning there was a whole week of suspension by the distribution of messages either by E-mail, Twitter, or Snap Chat which included within them definitions of the values without their titles in order to encourage the members to unravel the secret behind the messages through participating in the event.
The program:
Firstly, UoD Members who have soldier relatives that are assigned in the South Boarder and Ra'ad Al Shammal were honored by Dr. Dalal Mohamed Al-Tamimi, the Dean of the Female University Studies. Secondly, interactive competitions were held which consisted of :
- The puzzle corner.
- A human chain formation corner.
- The assembling corner.
Then a flag with the slogan “The Greatest Staff Starts Here” was raised to announce the beginning of the marathon. Furthermore, the event was held on the day of the International Women Day to emphasize its importance. Finally, the event ended by distributing prizes to winners.
