HRH Prince Saud bin Naif, Governor of the Eastern Province sponsored the first Dafeh forum that was held by the Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development on January 1, 2017 in synchronization with the second alliance to the King Salman. The forum was held in the Conference Hall in the University City where 1051 trainees have been certified as specialized Human Safety Shields who are qualified to serve the community and to professionally confront disasters. Also during the forum, the most important Disaster Safety Ideas of 2015 and 2016 were honored.
