The Vice Deanship for Scientific Research and Innovation, represented by the Research and Self-Learning Hall, held its first cultural café sessions entitled “Women Read More than Men”. That took place on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, and was presented by Dr. Nihal Mhaidat.
The Cultural Café is an effective meeting opportunity for intellectual and cultural communication, developing the spirit of dialogue, encouraging free reading, and building culture through reading and reading. The session addressed the following topics:
- Why do we read and what do I read?
- The importance of reading in the age of technology
- Does reading/knowledge pose a danger to men in Arab society?
- The impact of Muslim women on the history of reading
A large number of distinguished employees and students attended and exchanged ideas and experiences.
