Literary Creativity Award in the 6th Anniversary of Pledge of Allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud-May Allah Bless him-.
On occasion of the 6th anniversary of pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud- May Allah preserve him- Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University has announced on Wednesday 3/4/1442H corresponding to 18/11/2020AD the winners of the Literary Creativity Award which has launched to celebrate memory of the blessed pledge of allegiance and motivate the creative individuals from the university students and affiliates as well as society individuals to demonstrate the best product that highlight national values through two tracks, namely: the poem track and the literary essay track.
The university was very pleased to organize such national participations in the Literary Creativity Award competition which truly expressed exuberant feelings of love, faithfulness and pride of such blessed celebration on occasion of the 6th anniversary of pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud- may Allah support him- and under the direction and support of HE President of IAU Dr./Abdulla Al-Rubaish- may Allah bless him.
63 persons have applied for the award; in the poem track the IAU health track student Liyan bint Ibrahim Al-Kaltham has won the first position for her poem entitled: (History & Giving); while the second position get by Dr./Hussein Hassan Rashwan- Institute for Research & Medical Consultations (IRMC) at IAU- for a poem entitled (Najd Tuwaiq Mountain) and finally the third position won by a poem (Shaid al-zaman "ever-witnessing time") versed by the IAU College of Medicine student Saleh bin Faisal Saleh Abdel Aziz Al-de'ailij.
Concerning the literary essay track, the IAU College of Science & Humanities Studies student Manar bint Mofleh Al-Shemri has won the first position for an essay entitled (Compliance & Obedience); the second position obtained by the IAU College of Arts teaching-assistant Hend bint Ibrahim Al-Qahtani with a participation entitled (Memory of the Sixth Pledge of Allegiance: Pride & Honor) while the third winner was King Saud University College of Applied Medical Sciences student Lama bint Abdel Raheem Al-Talhei entitled (As you are, your rulers will be).
All participations have been academically refereed by a board formed from the IAU College of Arts- Department of Arabic Language as per the announced rules and standards.
We are really proud of the IAU and other Saudi universities affiliates' creativity which have been seeking to explore the literary talents in various branches and specialties of knowledge and to motivate and invest them in serving and welfare of our society and in paying great attention and care as well as honoring them and eventually we look forward to supplicating to Allah to grant our university as well as our nation more progress and prosperity under the wise leadership incited by honorable determination and distinguished motivation which will take us right to the top.
