Course Description
This course deals with the advanced definition of modern technologies in the VS.NET environment, the ability to use arrays of all kinds, advanced programming using functions and subs, concepts of Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Constructor and Distractor, Inheritance, Overloading and Overriding, creation and use Namespace, create and use Class Library, link databases to Visual Studio Windows Application, display data using forms and data grids, use text boxes and buttons to view and navigate data.
Course Aims
This course aims to identify the basic concepts in three main axes: dealing with arrays, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), linkage and database management, and applying these concepts through the Visual Studio .NET development environment using the Visual Basic programming language.

- A look at the VS.NET development environment and programming language concepts 1 (Control Statements, Loops, Matrixes).
- Functions – Subs.
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts.
- Constructor and Distractor.
- Inheritance.
- Overloading and Overriding.
- Create and use Namespace.
- Create and use Class Library.
- Properties and linking of databases to Visual Studio Windows Application.
- Display data using forms and a data grid.
- Use text boxes and buttons to view and browse data (selected for the project - based learning initiative application).
- Processing data from deleting, adding, modifying and displaying different tables.
