Course Description
This course deals with the vital topic of pollution control in the field of petroleum engineering. The course will cover the following topics: drilling and production, the environmental impact of drilling and production, the environmental transport of petroleum wastes, planning for environmental protection, petroleum waste treatment and disposal, remediation of contaminated sites as well as environmental regulations with regard to petroleum pollution.
