Course Description
Know the basics of Plant Taxonomy, Identify Identification and Nomenclature and Identify scientific plant keys. Compare between different types of flowersand differentiate the flowering plants into families. Knowledge of flora of KSA.

At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Identifythe basics of Plant Taxonomy
- Identifythe importance of classification and its correlation to other basic sciences.
- Study the flower and inflorescences.
- Have knowledge to different types of classifications and plant species characteristics.
- Identify the flora of KSA.
