Course Description
This course will introduce students to the basic concepts and principles of nutritional related Human genetics and their clinical applications, followed by an overview of nutritional genomics to develop an understanding of gene regulations with respect to diet and its relationship to some common nutritional diseases and understanding the role of nutrition in prevention of polygenic diseases.
