Course Main Objective
to introduce students to the morphological balance and different types and divisions of verb and analyzing verbs morphologically; to identify types of nouns regarding: abstract, augmented, primitive, derivative and analyze them morphologically and further explain verbal form of triliteral verb and others, the verbal noun commencing with ‘mim’, noun of one time and noun of manner and how to form, nouns of time and place and how to form, noun of instrument and its standard and acoustic patterns.

- 1.1 Explain the morphological balance and types of verbs and their different divisions, types of nouns: abstract, augmented, primitive and derivative, nouns of time, place and instrument.

- 2.1 Analyze verbs and nouns morphologically
- 2.2 Use communication and information technology and learning resources to search about morphological information related to the verb and its types and rules.

- 3.1 Assume individual, collective and leading responsibility and respect personal relationships in performing different morphological assignments.
- 3.2 Observe scientific integrity and ethics as a responsible citizen upon performing morphological assignments.
Course Content
1- An introduction to the course and its requirements and nature of morphology.
2- Denuded and augmented verb
3- Meanings of augmented letters in verbs which change some verbs through effecting new meaning and transform every denuded pattern into other augmented patterns observing the meaning.
4- Types of verbs
5- Sound and defective verbs, the type of glide and its position in the word.
6- Morphological balance of glide word, variable verb and primitive verb
7- Division of nouns: (primitive and derivative)
8- Triliteral verbal form
9- Nouns of time and place and how to form them from different verbs
10- Noun of instrument: standard and acoustic patterns
