Course Description
This course emphasizes the key global business operations of the firms operating across the national borders from a strategic point of view. It includes the various challenges of operating in a global environment, including political cultural, economic, operational, technological and legal aspects. Throughout this course, students will explore the internationalization and global expansion processes, and apply strategic models to analyze, develop, and propose a comprehensive course of action for successful global expansion.
