Course Main Objective
The course aims to define the concept of management in public relations and explain the concept of crises and their types, characteristics and reasons of occurrence.

- 2.1 Deduce the concept of crises and work on solving in a scientific and correct way.

- Plans to deal with crises and the emergency plan in field of public relations
- Emergency and crisis response preparedness and the professional interference between public relations and crisis management.
- Media skills for public relations during crises.
- Factors of successful communication in dealing with crises.
