Course Description
The topics of the course develop these values in future business executives ensuring work ethics based on accountability, transparency, and fairness in dealing with all its stakeholders as well as projecting a kinder and gentler business enterprise to the world.
Course Objectives:
- Explain the rules and responsibilities of the board of directors in a corporate setting.
- List different types of stakeholders, and corporate duties and obligations towards them.
- Recognize the importance of social responsibility and its implementation to benefit the community.
- Make corporate decisions based on ethical principles while adhering to financial responsibility imposed by shareholders.
- Understand business ethics and to manage corporate ethical behavior.
