This course introduces the construction life cycle analysis (LCA) and its uses in the construction engineering operations. This course introduces students through the various construction project phases from conceptual into planning, execution and demolition. In addition to economic, technical, and managerial, it introduces various project stakeholders’ organizational factors and their effects on the success or failure of construction projects.
