Course Discription
This course is a continuation of Introduction to computational physics course. It covers selected developing solving physical problem techniques in classical mechanics, electrostatics, electronics, quantum mechanics.
Topics include:
- First order and higher-order ordinary differential equations (ODEs) (initial and boundary value problems),
- Partial differential equations (PDEs): elliptic, parabolic, and hyperbolic types including nonlinear equations.
- An overview on MATLAB Toolbox.
