Course Description
This course will guide students on how to build 3D models and will teach them a number of 3D modelling techniques. The student will learn how to create mass and mesh models and how to compile between these models as well as learn how to convert 2D drawings into 3D. Students will be introduced to the general principles of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The course provides students with the practical skills of GIS regarding data entry, data analysis and data visualization. The students will gain the theoretical background and practical training that will enable them to produce maps and geo-information. Each student will also acquire an in depth knowledge about one specific aspect of the map production process.
