Course Description

This course provides an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) from theoretical and technical points of view. Its main purpose is to provide students with techniques for representing knowledge and its treatment in a software. The course will be accompanied by a practical part (lab) in which the students will learn popular AI tools and programming techniques (such as: LISP, ProLog or any existing technology) and how to use these tools to develop intelligent systems for different application areas.
